·         B.V.M. Awards--On September 2, 1937, Our Lady of Perpetual Help School became a reality due to the hard work of the Sisters of Charity. The Blessed Virgin Mary Award (B.V.M.) was established in 2004 in honor of this community of Sisters. Students who exemplify the mission and core values of the Sisters of Charity (showing faithfulness and love to God, to those of the school, and to those in the community) are chosen to receive this award. The Sisters will receive a list of the names and a picture of those receiving the award this year.
