Dear benefactors, You recently sent a donation to support our pastoral action, and we would like to thank you warmly for your generosity. In the parish of Saint Pierre Claver de Dory we have a presbyteral school, as you already know. This year we are unable to pay our dear teachers since the parents of students who are unemployed from birth to the present day find themselves more than ever in catastrophic situations since of course after the terrible earthquake of August 14, 2021 and ka situation in the country which is getting worse day by day, the latter cannot meet the needs of their children nor pay for the full school year. Thanks to your donation of 7000 dollars, we paid the teachers and the members of the school management from October to December 2022; then we were able to organize a three-day training session for them from December 16 to 18 around the theme "School friendly to hygiene" in order to help students protect themselves against the cholera epidemic which is currently raging in Haiti. These actions in favor of Dory's Open Hands Presbyteral School and our efforts could not be as effective without your support. Please accept, dear benefactors, our greetings and our thanks for your support. We wish you Merry Christmas 2022 and a fruitful New Year 2023 under the protection of the Almighty! Dory Parish keeps you in our prayers.
Father Jean Macnel PERCY
Pastor of the parish of Saint Pierre Claver de Dory
