Administrative Assistant
THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE BUSNESS MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this job position is to perform administrative duties related to the Parish to include reception and secretarial duties within the Parish Office.
Candidate must be proficient in Spanish and English.
This position reports to the Business Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must be proficient in English and Spanish
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and organize work effectively and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to honor and maintain confidentiality. Ability to compose and edits communications portals. Must have excellent communication. Must demonstrate excellent public relations skills for the Parish. At least three years of successful secretarial/office management experience.
